  1. These are all wonderful ways to de-stress and boost your immunity. Sleep is so important and very often neglected because we think we can get by on less than needed. Meditation and relaxation even for 5 minutes at a time can do wonders for us. I loved all your suggestions. But the one I havenโ€™t done in a long time is skin brushing and just thinking about it makes me feel good. So I will be adding that to my daily routine. Thanks.
